*Terms and conditions

For the referral to be valid, it must conform without exception to all terms and conditions of the program listed below:

• The referral application found on Gestion Avenue’s website (www.gestionavenue.com/programme-référencement) must be completed and sent before the referred client signs the contract. 

• The referred client must sign a minimum one-year contract with Gestion Avenue for property management services (income property or co-ownership management services)

• Once Gestion Avenue receives the referral application, it will be valid for a maximum of 12 months.

• The premium will be given within 2 business weeks following the signature of the contract with the referred person.

• In order to confirm the referral’s validity, Gestion Avenue reserves the right to contact the potential client to ensure they were referred by the referrer.

• Gestion Avenue reserves the right to modify and/or cancel the program at all times.
